• All leasing offices (including common areas such as gyms) will be physically closed to the general public. We will continue to deliver attentive and reliable customer service via telecommunications. All Sovereign Property locations will be available via phone, email, and through our portal during normal business hours for apartment leasing, accepting rental payments, processing work order requests, and communicating with residents and prospective tenants regarding all business matters.
• Our leasing teams and maintenance technicians reserve the right to pre-screen all residents for flu-like symptoms in accordance to the CDC recommendations prior to entering all apartment homes.
